As national braai day approaches it is worth mentioning that Braaing over wood coals is a real pleasure and privilege.
Perhaps with all the difference that we have in this country, Braaing is what we all really have in common?
Growing up I re-call Braaing over Rhodesian Teak! (It would be sacrilegious now) I would split the wood, build the fire then use paper and matches to get it started.
