A friend is just in process of completing a top-end rebuild on his '99 Honda Africa Twin...... question came up as to which oil to use during the initial start-up and say 1st 1000km......? Would it be OK to use normal mineral oil for this period, or is there a recommended oil to rather use for the initial run-in process?
