Hi All
Need some help on 690 rear brake fluid.
I changed my rear brakes and wanted to change the brake fluid as well. checked in the manual and it says to use DOT 4 and 5.1. Not DOT 5.
On the reservoir it says "use only mineral oil".
Will it cause k@k if I use normal DOT 4 because I have? Flushed out all the old fluid and bled in the new.
In the contained I used to flush out the old with the new, I cant see any difference in the oil (meaning it mixes and does not separate like water and oil).
Should I go and get the correct oil from KTM or will it be fine with the normal DOT 4?
