Thanks Oom Nigel. Might take you up on that one. Looked at the specs now and the cramped riding position makes sense

What Inam looking for is a comfortable seat and riding position with a screen and fairings taking the wind away from you.

Tall order but there must be something out there

Ek kyk mos nou al 'n ruk na die 1200RS :drif: maar ai die prys. Nou die dag sien ek die eerste keer 'n K1200s raak. Baie mooi en sit nes my 1100s. baie gemaklik.

Rookie mistake .....

Dit het jy lankal begaan. Jy begin nou verstand vind....

I tried the rest and still stick with the best.  -   ROOIVLEIS

Just sold my 09 Kawa GTR 1400 aka " The Beast " What a awesome mile muncher, powerful motor can cruise at 200kph whole day  :ricky:nice seating position and great wind protection and of course the luvly sound of the aftermarket pipe.I owned a 07 Honda st1300 Pan European which i sold in 2011 ....lovely tourer and that v4 motor but handling one up over 160kph became an issue " hence the dreaded Pan Weave " The GTR up to speeds in excess of 260kph with full panniers, sat lovely on trip from Pinetown where i bought her, to Cape Town.Take off the panniers and  u have a superbike  :ricky:

As net n toerfiets wil he, kyk ernstiglik na daai Yamaha FJR1300. Regtig.

Ek stem.
