Wessel Bosman posted a picture of a Dakar race number on Facebook today. Good sense of humour and some Paintshop skills, or is he having another go?

I've got a sneaky feeling that Honda could pull it off next year.

Yes! 2018 and Honda must pull off the win! Put some Monster in the tank, why not!?

And here is she, last bits of prep before leaving for Dakar, I will be Flying (malle moto, solo) to Paris on the 21st to attend the Official Dakar Presentation on the 22, meet up with the other #originalsbymotul (malle moto) competitors and meet some Aliens (Dakar Legends) I will also travel to Le Havre to meet up with the Bass Truck Team on the 23, I am renting this beast from them and I will be traveling with them before and after the Dakar. They will load my and the Teams bikes and assistant vehicles on the boat that will  ship the Dakar convoy to Peru for the start of the Dakar on the 6th of Jan 2018, I will then return to SA on the 25th. Why not experience the full flight of the Dakar, this is #mydaringadventure!!

I was lucky enough to chat to Nasser Al-Attiyah at the Rally Cross event on Sunday about his preparation for Dakar 2018. The NEW Toyota Gazoo bakkie that was driven by Geniel on the track is Nasser's Dakar bakkie for 2018! Nasser told Geniel to drive it nicely as it's his car but Geniel just nailed it... lol.

The Bakkie is a completely new vehicle... the only thing that is the same as last years bakkie is the shampe and lights. Alles anders is anders!!
What a nice person to chat to! He was also very impressed that so many people knew him by name - so I told him he is the most famous Qatari in Dakar..

I will follow him for sure!!
