I was at a friend`s house for a braai roughly three months ago when he mentioned Lesotho

It has been on my to-do-list for about 5 years now so you could imagine my reaction.. I had one problem though., the Versys would not make the trip. I needed to swing it and get a DS again. So I advertised on WD and Gumtree with no luck. Then something amazing happened.. I got knock of the Versys by a taxi :lol8:
Long story short.. I got paid out after 6 weeks. Turns out the damage to the Versys was just shy of R70K.
I now had some money in my hand but very little time to shop for a bike. My mate then offered me his wife`s `08 KLR complete with a pretty sticker of a girl displayed on the windscreen.
We did some much needed preventative maintenance to his `09 KLR and slapped on new tyres for the trip.
Had I known then that his bike would be screaming in my head the whole trip I would have plugged his exhaust :
