Accommodation suggestions in Dullstroom area needed

Hi All
I have planned a weekend away, the first weekend of December to the Dullstroom area and have been informed that one of the group cannot ride dirt, even a short access road.
So I am looking for reasonably priced accommodation in that general area with tar access and trout fishing on site.
I will do my own thing riding dirt around Tontledoos during the day while they throw bits of cotton into a dam!
