Good Day

After loving the super bike scene most of my life, I got a GS1200 for my ex-wife last year. Best trade ever!

A few months into the dirt thing, I was invited on a little trip with oom Bokveld and BikerBaz, little did I know the trip would be cut short due to inexperience on the soft stuffs. You probably hear it a lot however I should have gone with a smaller bike...

Ambition out weighed skill. You can read more about it here:

Since I lost Gess (GS) in June 2016, I have hooked up with a very sexy Katie (KTM450 exc). So much fun and my Skill level has increased ten fold.  Used to like it tight but now I am loving it loose.

Riding with a great bunch of guys in the Quarry and truly blessed when Crossed-up leads the pack. I don’t think there is anyone out there that knows the area as well as him.

Recently acquired an XT660R, my new baby however, she is sitting at dirt riders atm. The first trip I have planned is to go visit the farmer who helped us when Gess died. No cellphone reception, welcomed us into his home and made us a lekker braai while we waited for the recovery crew to drive from Cape Town to some small forgotten place in the Northern Cape.

So, if you had a bike for every day of the week, what would it be (one can only dream)?

To many more KM's of dirt !!!
