As I understood, and plse correct me if I'm wrong R & D - is that davy already paid for the venue and a certain amount of people.  So either pay at the venue (then we must just confirm the numbers or directly to Davy??

Am I right?  How do you want to do it Davy??

Ladies and gents,

We each have to pay R150 for the braaivleis.  Furthermore the venue for the evening cost us R2500!  We have a sponsor for that but any contributions towards this amount will be gracefully accepted on behalf of our fund at the occassion that evening.  

Any other donations towards this project can be done into the account mentioned on the first page of this thread.

Love this initiative. Was very impressed when I read what the LCC did for lion conservation in Nam, published in this month's Leisure Wheels I think. Would be great if we can help in the same way.

Will not be there on the evening but will contribute to fund.
