I installed a set of 1190 led indicators on my SE and while bike not started but ignition on they flash normal amber and when bike is started they flash red?
Measured voltage on batt seems normal at 14.43v bike started charging and 12.65v bike off.
Flasher maybe and yes it's a led flasher unit?
