The wind must have been in the sea when we left for Elandsrivier yesterday. We caught rain 3 times on this trip. First time we were lucky as we had shelter at Rocklands petrol station. Second time we had these big concrete blocks. Third time we were sitting down for lunch.
Thanks to the ladies at Padlangs in Patensie for a great meal. We had a vegetable soup starter; 2 meats, 3 veg, roast potato, rice; bread and butter pudding for R70!
And then God was kind with stopping the rain and hail and then pushed us from behind with the gale force wind.

Thanks to the other group of DS riders for picking up and returning my kidney belt. Had to go in my bag after lunch though.
