Not bashing anyone just making an observation since I've had my KTM. There is a massive difference in service levels and parts availability and workmanship between BMW and KTM dealerships. KTM never have parts, there mechanics are in my opinion extremely poor. To be honest I don't think I will ever use a KTM dealership again going forward.
A Orange Level mechanic at a certain dealership installed the incorrect sized spark plugs in my bike when they serviced it in December, when I went down I needed to explain to them why that was wrong? Afterwards they agreed it was a school boy error and basically left it at that. Today I need a new throttle cable and guess what? No parts available...like every other time I have needed anything from KTM they fail to deliver.
There is a massive difference in quality of service to BMW dealers...I am actually shocked.
