Looking for Luggage Lugs

I just saw this on Instagram. Does anyone here know where I can look for the lugs they used at the back? Looks like a good option for a day bag to tie some tools and a zaami to the back seat. I dont have a back carrier plate yet.

...we stock and sell the Giant Loop luggagemounts, and I have them on my own bike, and they work well.
We also sell the TRI- SLIDER loops from GiantLoop...
