Can anybody possibly refer me to someone that will work on it, in Cape Town, please? Seems like no one here wants to fiddle with the tuning on it. It fires up and revs responsively up to a point but then just before the clutch should let go, it flattens off. I have checked all the basics- float level, jets etc and this is something out of my skill level and by the lack of willingness to work on it, by the techies, it would seem its a struggle for them too.
