Anyone got a spare 610 or 630 sidestand? Even an old broken one.

What happened? :o

I had mine reinforced by welding a half round pipe section to the back of the upper part, as a precautionary measure ;)

It did break recently at the weld at the original pipe to swivel part. :o

The original weld was genuinely paper thin. Surprised that it lasted that long!  :o

Had it V grounded and welded. So far, so good. :thumleft:

Hi Chris, what are the dimensions of this little "jack"? Does it fit into a tool tube?

DEFINITELY fits into a tool tube, sold our last one to Beesboer just last week, 20 more on the water, will search dimensions and revert...

The OEM broke on my first ride years ago (made of spaghetti) and I also reinforced and re-welded but ended up replacing with a 630 cast alu version which served me well. Unfortunately the pathetic pivot bolt broke and I did not notice so one of the hinge flanges bent and eventually snapped off - had it TIG welded but has not lasted. I need to probably remake a complete new steel one but was hoping to get the OEM hinge part (mine long gone in a fire). A Pro Moto Billet one would be nice but expensive.

I have a ZigZag extendable 'third leg' jack already - does pretty much the same and very light and compact.
