With all the extreas recieved when buying my 1190 I also got a tank bag , brand new never used , Its the KTM powerparts bag , missing the lower securing straps , n=but this II can sort out , What I would like to know is : Does the bag scratch the tank , leave maks on it on a long ride? is it a PITA to undo to fill up fuel ?
Or is it one of those things , nice to have but pain to use . We are going to the bike fest in Margate at the end of the month , riding down via Lesotho , and down Sanipass . Keen to use the bag as it could be nice to store a couple of things in it , possibly no need to take the panniers , and only pack the top box & tankbag.
