GPS for the Old Postal Route

Hi,

Am planning a trip with the first day heading out of Ceres, then up the Ouberg Pass and ending in Middelpos. Second day we considering going through:
Ganagga Pass
Tankwa Karoo Park and past the AfricaBurn camp site
then old postal route to Oasis.

Anyone have GPS tracks for the Old Postal route, including the 4x4 track?

Is there easy access in and out of Tankwa?

Any tips or route suggestions are welcome.
