I am considering to replace my 2013 1190 Adventure with the 1290 Adventure S. I have a lot of extras on the 1190 for which i am not getting anything extra when trading it.The 1290 now has keyless start. Can anybody tell me if it is possible to make the lock on the Top box work with the 1290's key?. I am getting conflicting answers from different dealers.
