Hi,

I have a 2002 R1150GS, and I am experiencing an issue when cruising between 120 and 140km/h. The bike goes fine, but at that speed, it feels sometimes as though I let go of the throttle. Twist the grip a bit, and all is back to normal.

Before I experienced this problem, the tank was removed to get the front shock serviced. While putting the tank back I noticed that one of the quick disconnects broke, so I opted to go for new fuel lines and not using quick disconnects, and also replaced the fuel filter. Me being an idiot and rushing the job, I connected the fuel lines incorrectly, but fixed that after the bike would not start after first try. The stock can was also replaced with a Cowley.

Any ideas on why the bike would behave like that? Fuel pump damaged by connecting the lines incorrectly? Air/Fuel mixture after the Cowley?

Thanks in advance
