Couple of guys headed out from Durban to Prince Albert.
Route was through the Transkei to Colchester on the Sundays River near PE for day 1. Second day was planned to do the 7 passes area between George and Knysna, but time was lost and the group ended up doing Oudtshoorn to Prince Albert via Meiringspoort in the dark.
One of the bikes had the brightest spot lights on it I have ever seen, will try find out what they were.
A out ride was done from Prince Albert over the Swartberg pass to the Cango Caves. From there the group took the Oudemuragie dirt road to De Rust for breakfast and back to Prince Albert via Meringspoort in daylight this time and a dirt road that circles Klaarstroom.
This route from Prince Albert to Klaarstroom to de Rust to Oudemuragie Road and over the Swartberg pass is 170 kilos an is what the bicycle race the Grand Fondo is all about. Look it up, awesome bike race, runs every year in April. Really is a must do.

Biker boys road home via Valley of Desolation in Graaf Reinette and sleeping over at Mountain Shadow near Elliott.
