I imported the MK1 version of this kit ... it broke during the 2017 Baja! 

The Brackets going around the frame are rather thin.  I don't think it can handle the tower weight in the long run.  The fact that it does not have stress relieve in the corners makes those weak points.  All brackets failed in the same spot...

I sent Rade a proposal for a new frame mounting, which is way more beefier with stress relieve at those sharp corners ... but I haven't seen the change on the new MK2 kit.  I actually had a set laser cut ... but decided to scrap the idea.

I still believe the kit has a lot of potential and is cost effective.  It does look very nice and fits well with the EVO2 tanks from Rally Raid.

Hi.  Yes - definitely Rade Garage.  I also emailed them September last year... and proposed a "better" design.

Thanks for writing to them... but you didn't have to    They wanted to sell me a new MK2 version for cheaper than its actual cost ... but I said didn't have to.

On a side note: I only realized, once I have posed my original reply, that another topic was maybe more suited for my response.  Wasn't intentionally trying to hurt your sales.

No sweat whatsoever, and RADE are quite responsive when I PHONE them, they are seriously busy guys, and making great products, but they DO need feedback, when warranted!
