Hi WDogs,
I’m am a total newbie on the forum and in the DS scene. Only previous riding experience was on dirt bikes.
So a month or so back I made the biggest mistake according to my GS friends and got a Tiger 800 XCX. The only good thing that will come from this is that I will become a decent bike mechanic … according to them. According to my KTM friends … they will join me on runs to coffee shops in town.
Anyway, until now I’m really happy. It is just really difficult to ride this thing in slowly as per the manual as it begs to be opened up … the sound of that three-cylinder screaming is addictive.
