Iím planning another ride in the Barkley / Rhodes area in August and want to include Joubertís Pass.  Whilst zoomed in on my TFA  map in Basecamp, I found this 4 x 4 loop which looks very interesting.

Has anyone ridden this?  Is there special access permission required?  Is it doable on 990ís etc?  Assuming good weather, how long will it take?

Furthermore there is a shorter track which follows and crosses the river a few times, on the right side of the above image.  How deep and doable are these river crossings, for August?

Thanks

Highider,  there are a number of tracks up there.
It is rideable up to a point and then it becomes serious plastic bike territory.
