Where to Camp - Polokwane to Musina

I need to go meet a mate at Beit Bridge next Thursday - he is travelling from Zim, and whilst i cant take the time off to do Zim with him, I can afford a couple of days to ride the last section with him.

Plan is to leave Jhb around lunch Wednesday and stay........ Where? Somewhere between Polokwane & Musina is the sort-of target?
Meet him Thursday Mid-morning at the border and we ride south - and stay where?
Thought we might do the Lekgalameetse Reserve via Orie Baragwanath pass on the way back on Friday
Back in Jhb Friday night.

So what is recommended in the area?
I have sent Magoebaskloof Getaway a mail - picked that on its name tho...

Anyone have a good idea?
