To scratch an itch I decided to replace the eo7 rear with an eo9 dakar on the x challenge.
Fitting the eo9 proved to be an absolute bitch and I eventually gave up and remounted the eo7 that went onto the rim like butter in comparison.
I am not convinced that I would be able to deal with the eo9 on the side of the road so decided to stick to the eo7 in future.
