Born in JHB and grew up in Rockey Street (Cutting his musical teeth).
As always his career started on the original scene, playing for various bands.
His repertoire consists of many different styles and genres but always calm intimate and filled with soul.
Dave’s band consists of, Dave on vocals and keys, Matthew Mitchell one South Africa’s finest young guitarists, Malcom Aberdein on Bass who’s experience and playing ability is widely recognized and Bruce Williams (drums/vocals) producer and experienced drummer both on acoustic and electric kit.
His song writing and performance skills are both passionate and breathtaking.
The band currently presents an exciting varied and memorable show.David will take you on a musical journey featuring some of his original work and awesome adaptations he has made to cover songs to make them his own.
