Aprilia Pegaso 650 cube

Evening all. I recently bought a 1998 aprilia pegaso 650 cube that had been standing for two years. I have cleaned it up, changed oil, spark plug, air filter, new battery and lubed and greased everything I could . But that’s as far as I’m capable.
Can anyone please recommend a good mechanic that can do the rest for me, set carbs, check valves and anything else required to get it running right. Previous owner did mention that one of the valves may be stuck
