Funny part about Eventually ??? He leaves his glasses next to the road :o Goes back to fetch them and then me thinks he rides over his own glasses due to the fact he cannot see them ??? But hell after that he was moving :peepwall:

Oh My Word!!  What an awesome day! Firstly, as always thanks Blazes. You are a legend  :thumleft: ... except of course when I have convinced myself that I am riding like the wind and you come zooming past me at great speed, making me look like a geriatric snail. Seriously you make is look too easy...   :drif:

I love riding with the dogs and every once in a while my closest dawgs are with me on the ride and then my day is blissful. As for my regular bunch (SilverLuna, Misty, Cave Girl, eSKaPe (Honorary Executive Sweeper for all GirlKind) you rock. Cave Girl, thanks for the forced breaks. Thanks to you the girls could catch up on all the gossip  ;) And of course BeemerMike and Mrs Mike, it is always the best when you guys are part of the pack.

Well, then the best is to make some new friends! Drewdza I will happily share my dust and rocks with you around... As you noticed there was enough around.  :imaposer: Thanks for riding with me. Now you need to sharpen you mind control powers so I can hear when you tell me to slow down (especially before I hit the sand, the sand that EVERYONE EXCEPT BLAZES saw, yes THAT sand.)  ;D

And of course, TankGirl.... I have figured out the little game you were playing with us... You see the lady rides a 125 and while everyone was battling to get the monster machines through the sand, she just had a gentle ride along on that little machine of hers that was laughing at the same stuff that had us working our @$$ess off.

And then for the ride, the absolutely blissful ride... rocks, sand, downhills, some tar, some of those sneaky sandy corners, the wattle forest, that darn cement 2-spoor track that I am always convinced I am going to fall off of. It was like a lucky packet that wouldn't stop.... except for the odd punctures when everyone stood around laughing and talking exclaming and gesticulating about how exciting each obstacle was. This is why we get on those bikes on weekends and do those kinda roads.  Well that and for some of the guys watching Misty do her pendulum impersonation. Misty - as someone who was around in your first 400 k's of dirt.. Respect.. you da man, da (wo)man! >:D

Of course I don't look busy .... I did it right the first time.

I would rather grapple with the sands of the Sahara than the sands of contemporary society. (Theresa Wallach - The Rugged Road)

Hey blazes, by now you should know that you never give a girl like me an idea like that ‚?? you might just end up regretting it when I beg you to borrow me your XR650R and you give in!  :ricky:

Hey Eventually, well done on posting those pics!  :thumleft: See it‚??s not so hard to teach and old dawg new tricks (my cheque is in the mail)  ;) ‚?? and may I just say stunning pics and that while riding ‚?? I think that‚??s the only reason you take it so easy while sitting is to be able to take such great shots (see your secrets are never safe with us!) ‚?? as for those glasses, I still giggle when I think about the end results of your little laps of memory ‚?? so please post a pic of them, it‚??s classic??!!

TG ‚?? thanks, and as I said, it‚??s all the great people we get to ride with that does a lot for ones confidence and of course gaining as much experience and knowledge through training and practice practice practice ‚?? so yea all you noobs and LeonDude never be discouraged and never give up and never feel bad if you are going at your own pace, eventually you will get better and better (says she as if she is a pro!)  :) but the most important thing is that when you are out there that you enjoy yourself!

 :ricky:
... ďThere might be a few bumps ahead in the road, but luckily you are well trained in off road riding!Ē ... PS: for sure, I'm a lot tougher than I look!! ;)

Hey Jay - I think it was more the thought of you picking up the pieces of me together with my bike's that made me pull through!!  ;)

Couldn't join because I was on duty at the church Sunday, but drove past the meeting point on the way there.  Was drooling when I saw you all there getting ready to go.  Looks like a great social ride was had by all. :3some:

Hope to join you in the future.  How do I get on the email list  ???
