Vietnam fatality

My son, who is working in Hanoi at present, lost his good friend to a motorcycle accident a couple of days ago. The kid had no family other than a sister here in SA.
Details are scarce but it is suspected he may have been run off the road and the perp disappeared.

The message is, if you have family over there trying to circumvent the minority labour crises here, please make them realise that biking is dangerous everywhere. Just because it's easy doesn't make it safe.
