Charlie Boorman.
« on: October 11, 2018, 12:35:02 pm »
Heard he's been in a accident, punctured lung.
Apparently near Rhodes.

Details a bit vague. Hope not too serious. Anybody know something about it?

Did he not have a puncture repair kit with him? :pot:

Hope he's alright, and that he recovers soon.

At least, in SA, he is in good medical hands.

He was due to check in with us this week but did not - also have it that he is in a hospital in Bloem.

Trust he heals up soon.

I had a collapsed lung from a off road fall a few years ago..... Hurts like hell untill they stab you with a scalpel between the ribs... Actually that also hurt like hell.... but the relief was instant....

Anyone know how he crashed?
I wonder if he tries to push the envelope a bit sometimes , if he is such a frequent crasher
