Ride around South Africa

I am planning a ride around South Africa, as per the routes below, all tar, to be done in 8 days riding, with 1  rest day, as follows, any info or advise would be welcome:

Day 1 : Pta to Belfast via N4, then Dullstroom, Lydenburg to Sabie
Day 2: Sabie, Graskop, Klaserie, Hoedspruit, Gravelotte, Tzaneen, Mojadjiskloof, Mooketsi, Louis Trichardt, Messina, All days via R 572, Maasstroom, Swartwater, Ellisras, Thabazimbi, Rustenburg
Day 3: Rustenburg, Lichtenburg, Mafikeng, Vryburg, Kuruman, Uppington, Kakemas, Augrabies
Day 4: Augrabies, Pofadder, Springbok, Garies, Mooreesburg, Darling
Day 5: Rest
Day 6: Darling, Cape Town, Gordond Baai, Hermanus, Bredasdorp, Swellendam, Knysna
Day7: Knysna, Plett, PE, Kenton on Sea, Port Alfred, East London, Ndabakazi, Butterworth, Umtata, Port st Johns
Day 8: Port st Johns, Lusikisiki, Port Edward, St Lucia
Day 9: St Lucia, Pongola, Piet Retief, Amsterdam, Badplaas, Machadodorp, Pta
