So while doing the 30k service , I noticed some moisture on the bottom of the radiator , which needs to be loosened to remove front tappet cover .
I stripped bike myself , did the service , changed chain and sprockets etc. the shims I measured and found intakes tight , decided cam removal was above my comfort zone so transported stripped bike to reputable repair shop and suspect during transport the lower bracket rubbing against the radiator is when I managed to give the Rad a small hole , have taken the radiator off to be repaired. Now  every time they repair one leak , a new leak appears ....
Anybody else experience something similar ? At R7k for a new one the money I saved by doing the valve clearances check / stripping myself will be nullified 🤬
