So a couple of weeks ago I decided to change clutch plates on my s10 as the old ones were grabbing, changed plates no issue and decided to change the oil as well, seeing as the old girl has just shy of 100k on the clock I thought I would be nice to the engine and add a dash of Liqui Moly engine oil adative  according to the tin I can put 2% of oil volume in it,, well 40k's later big ends, crank, conrods  and oil pump are messed up, quote from Yamaha 38k, crank 18k excl, conrods 5k excl, oil pump 4.5k excl,,,  I'm going to repair the crank by hand and have the rods resized,,, wish me luck.
