I had long been unconvinced that my quick-shifter was as smooth & as consistent as it was supposed to be & took the SAS into RAD for extensive testing. I was seriously impressed with Miguel, he was extremely thorough with the testing, feedback and finding a solution to the intermittent issues.
Turns out I was not fully disengaging the lever after completing the shift, this prevented the subsequent shift as the prior shift cycle never completed. After re-calibrating sensors & a small upward adjustment of the lever the problem has yet to show itself again.
His service even included running upstairs & checking the loan bike to arrange a top-box for my convenience.
