Check out Troy Corser at 2018 Goodwood Festival.

Bike 11 is a 1929 BMW R57, supercharged, girder forks, rigid back end, brakes the size of shoe polish tins, right hand gear change. The commentators have it incorrect for the first bit. He keeps his right hand on the throttle and reaches across the tank to change with his left. Clutchless changes across the tank at racing speeds with a shaft drive bike...... In another clip he said he only used third and fourth

Bike 5 is a 1936 BMW R5 SS, telescopic forks, four speed foot change. During practice he set the fastest time before bending a push road.

Amazing how the both killed the Pommie Iron 30 or 40 years younger than them. And before you say "Ah,its the rider, bear in mind John McGuiness of IOM fame was the dude that got a tap on the back as the Old Beemer flew past!

Turn the volume way up!
