Chatting to a guy the other night, he tells me about a motorcycle accident he had about two months ago. Bike written off, driver of other vehicle was charged and found guilty of reckless and negligent driving. Now this guy wants to go to civil court to charge driver but he tells me he cannot find a lawyer that is willing to take his case. I was only listening to his version of the above story, he is not WD member, so I was wondering if anybody can recommend a lawyer for this guy. I will forward the guy any contact provided.
