I have had my 850 for a couple of weeks and have now had my 1st service.
My positives:
- Very stable in the sandy dirt that I have ridden so far in Ellisras area.I rode with Anakee 3 on back and karoo street on front.(Seemed excellent) - 39 deg
- It takes 5 min to remove the Air Filter.This is an extremely great positive!!!.
- Tubliss for me is the way to go.
- The TFT screen is brilliant.My old eyes can see it in the bright sun.The menu design is great.
- Bike seems very stable on road but I have only ridden up to about 160km per/h.
- I have replaced foot pegs with decent BMW wide pegs and a Touratech brake extender - much better.
- easy access to battery.(Under seat)
I believe this bike will give me great satisfaction even though my riding days are now limited.
