2 sets of wheels - Tyre Pressure monitors
« on: December 06, 2018, 05:53:16 pm »
I have just bought a second set of wheels - the plan being one set for road and the other for off roading.

Do you know if I can mount Tyre Pressure Monitors in both sets of wheels and they both sync with the bike?

Unfortunately not, have to calibrate again. Only air-cooled can accommodate to sets.

Ok cool thanks

After much thinking I actually donít want a sensor in my off road wheels as all they do is throw up warnings saying they are out of the BMW Safety range!!

The LC, when switched to one of the off road modes, allows for less pressure in the tyres without complaining.

Go into SETUP

Scroll to:
Setup RDC
Enduro ON

it's a little counter-intuitive, as "ON" disables the flashing warning for low tyre pressure when in Enduro/Enduro Pro mode. You still get the flashing warnings if in ROAD, RAIN and SPORT modes.

Sorry no.  Memory has dropped me now.  Will see if I can figure it out and let you know.

Ah ... no need.  A WD wit a better memory than mine.   :lol8:
