Busy giving my XRR some tlc and a good once over before I take it on holiday.
Replaced oil, oil filter, new plug, airfilter cleaned and oiled. Everything thing I can get at is getting lubed. She'll get a proper wash once I'm on the farm where there is enough water.
Carb needle got dropped one groove in anticipation of riding at 1800 - 3000m vs the usual 0-1000m near the coast. Carb also got a good clean.
She also got new swanky grips.
I hope there are other XR's out there that will get some attention over the next two weeks. If you're going to neglect them over Christmas I hope you feel guilty....
Oh and I also bought some new (read cheap...) mx boots so I can kick it into submission. Got to buy oneself a Christmas gift too haha.
She's going to be scouting routes for next year's pig fest, I hope you lot are starting to think of some dates.
