Need quad advice, please.

I’m considering a quad to use on the farm. I’ll mainly be using it to check the pivots and pumps, check the water levels in the veld, etc. I wont necessarily be carting things along, so it doesn’t really need carrying space.

I know absolutely nothing about quads and I’ve never even ridden one. Someone is advertising a Bombardier DS650 on another forum and I think it can be had for about R25k. Apparently in good condition with lots of extras. Is this an option, or should I rather opt for a more utility type quad?

I’ll appreciate any advice.
