I have a 90's KLE 500 which is a bit of a project I am thinking of letting go.
Some details:
IT DOES HAVE PAPERS!
IT DOES RUN,
rides fine, low rpm BOG unsure of the issue but once going it goes fine.
Plastics are shot, headlight surround is good as well as the headlight - I do have access to a set of good plastics
It has had a carb service at Zeemans recently. - Spare set of carbs included
Custom (read comfortable seat) as well as the original.
KTM 300 front end conversion USD forks, new brake disc, pads etc
Speedometer and Odometer are not working due to no speedo drive on the wheel.
Bone stock exhaust fitted to bike, as well as another complete exhaust with a terrible slip on.
Has some spotlights on it as well.
The plan was to use it as a commuter however I havent been able to get to it and need a reliable bike asap.
