I think I have just managed to complete the online entry process, however, a question:  I've booked the 4 day meal package (Thursday to Sunday) but the camping option is only for 3 days?  Maybe I must start reading :lol8:

I followed up.. if you book for 3 nights camping then the 4th night is for free. So you don't need to worry if you are pitching up a day early or if you are staying a day longer when it comes to the tents.

So se hulle mos...

But I'm pretty sure it would have been an overkill on your Honda. It is a much later model than mine...
Anyway, I'm certain it can handle the Tankwa...looking forward to see your bike... :thumleft:

Afternoon Clive,

Trust you are well.

Quick question.

I see on the list of requirements when I entered they talk about upper body armour.

Is it compulsory to have a neck brace and upper body protection?

I was unaware of this and now when I started looking I see it's quite expensive.

Regards
Werner

Hi Everyone - I'm answering Werner here to keep us all informed - You need a standard chest protector but do not need a Neck Brace for MSA Off-Road / Cross Country - with or without neck brace, the choice is yours as a competitor.

If you don't have an MSA license you can take out a One event license just for Tankwa. But I feel your pain, I went to check out MSA's online web site and it's not exactly user friendly. I couldn't find any link under my login profile to add a new license for 2019... go figure.

Hi Guys on the WCOC web site under downloads there is a Step by Step link on how to purchase a MSA license online
PLEASE NOTE minimum requirement is a club license or one event club license NO WOW license for Tankwa.

Will put up more info asap.

Hi Guys just a reminder, MSA license requirement is min MSA Club one event license NB NO WOW or Social Licenses please?  if you purchased the incorrect lic pls upgrade it with MSA ?
