I currently have a 250 Rally and 660 XTZ in the garage. I have noticed on the Rally which is stock that after about 1 minute I can still touch the header on the Tenere after only about 10-15 seconds its quite hot, you can feel the heat even from some distance. It has aftermarket pipes and power commander. Can this be a euro3 vs euro5 thing or should the Z run cooler ? What does yours do ?
