I’ve done the TB balance according to a very detailed manual and managed to improve it a LOT. Bike really runs super smooth. It was out by about 40-50cm (water manometer method).
Two things bothering me:
1) on idle its dead on. And at 4000RPM its out by about 3 or 4cm (very close). But at about 3000rpm it out again by about 15cm. Is this normal?
2) since I’ve done the TB’s she starts hard when cold. Need to hold the starter button down for about 3 seconds before it fires up. This was never the case. Why?!
