I am looking at buying a 1982 XR 500R which I want to make roadworthy -
the current Motor Vehicle Licence states under the "Roadworthy Status" CRW required, non RTQS. Am I correct in saying all I need to do is obtain a CRW and submit with the Registration Cert to have it as a legal roadworthy bike in my name ??
