1200GSA YBJ...GP
« on: April 11, 2019, 07:11:38 am »
This guy was "adjusting" mirrors of "offending" drivers on the highway this morning. I counted 4 in the space of 1km. One of these newly "educated" drivers then purposefully pulled out of his lane as I approached him, nearly hitting me.

So just a personal thank you to this oke for "contributing" to driver attitude and road safety you big hero  :thumleft:

Sounds like a first class twasshole. 4 times in 1km.... Maybe he needs to adjust his attitude

Which area / road?

I agree, the biker needs to be "educated"

N1S Midrand. Tried to follow but he was splitting too fast for my liking.

There is chap I see see regularly on the N3 South between Giloolies and Eland interchanges. Also very aggressive and stupid fast splitting speeds.

He alone is the reason why I stick to the cage on my commute, he upsets everyone and the cagers then take it out on the bikers behind him.

That is actually pathetic mentality. So now someone in a car upsets me, and I must take it out on all cars??

I believe that if most ride sensably, dont rev their engines when there isnt a gap big enough for you, say thank you when people do make a gap for you etc those few a/h will be considered just that.

Maybe wishful thinking.

Thankfully I have yet to come across such childish road users.

I have stopped twice while splitting and re-adjusted a cagers mirror after a biker "adjusted" it.  In some small way, I hope that helps.  Obviously can only be done if the cagers are standing still.

Have seen this a couple of times since I have been doing the same commute as Dwerg. And don't get me going on the guys checking into the suicide lane on the N1 before William Nicol...

I guess some people just cannot understand...

This guy proves a saying I have.

A certain percentage of the world's population are born complete idiots and arseholes.  Their chosen mode of transport is purely coincidental.

One day he is going to pick on some Half demented  driver that will wait and knock him off his bike, like happened in Randburg not so long ago when the biker was shot dead
