Bikes down - M5 North CAPE TOWN??
« on: April 12, 2019, 09:34:15 am »
Went past ambulances & fire truck this morning - some bikes pulled to the side and people on stretchers

Couldn't see exactly what happened, or if ity was bikes involved.

Anyone have any info?

I rode past as well. Looked like a GS, they were attending to one person as far as I could see.

A couple on the way to the Buffalo rally

No cars involved. Apparently a plasitc bag got stuck in the wheel I hear.

Both are ok.

A plastic bag? Wow thatís scary if that can take you down. I got a length of bloudraad wrapped around my front wheel just outside Mossel Bay at about 130kph. The front wheel locked briefly and then the wire snapped, luckily for me. Needless to say I had to change my underwear
