I have recently fitted a motoz tractionator on the rear and  have noticed my traction light flashing a lot more than when I had my E07 . Saying that I have only done about 300km with the motoz so far .

2up Touring??
Tar or Dirt?
If predominantly tar I would go with the Anakee 3, longevity and good grip

For mostly tar touring I would go with the Mitas EO7 plus. The others are a bit more off road focused IMO but are still great tyres, just not sure what mileage the others would get on tar loaded and two up.

Confused myself with Anakee 3 and the Anakee wilds. Anakee 3 is probably the better option for tar touring, give good millage and grip.
