Speaking to AltRider and Chris at FLying brick to bring some of these guards in along with some stuff he needs to order.

Anyone keen? I'm getting a final price from him in the mean time.

Black is a bit cheaper so I figure we stick to that (orange is available for a bit more, and silver same as black but pretty oogly)?
Stops the brake leaver digging into the clutch cover when you are stupid and drop the beast.

We will request a quote - with shipping - on 7 units: 5 for customers, and 2 for us to keep in stock.
this way the shipping costs are SHARED 7 ways - more affordable...

Should have this quote in next day or two - USA West Coast only wakes up when we go home...!

If you could ask about the actual brake lever toe piece jobby and extender that'd be appreciated too

update: ALTRider USA helpfully sent us SHIPPING costs (only!), no indication of pricing of the ITEM!

Will wait for them to come back with expected product pricing, then revert with info!

OK, pricing received from ALTRider USA, then we added shipping costs, duty FEES, (non-dutiable item, but FEES still apply), and added VAT:

Alt Rider Engine Clutch Case Cover – R1,895 (we will be passing on the 20% sales discount shown on their website)
Alt Rider Dual Control Brake Lever System – R1,895 (this product for ROADHAWG only...)

Notes:

1. shipping costs are split 7 ways, to Cape Town
2. cost shown includes all costs, excluding shipping up to say Jozi/Centurion: R85.00 to R115, depending on SA location…
3. order placed ONLY with 50% deposit
4. pricing and shipping was calculated on 7 covers; fewer covers will adjust shipping contribution...
5. shipment will take up to 21 working days to arrive...
6. suggest ONE person to pay over 7 deposits to us, rather than chasing 7 people...

A fair bit to co-ordinate here, so please help keep this as 'seamless' as possible
