Some revision and reinforcing required to the chassis, but no reports of trouble with the alloy sidecar body.

So, rubber mountings not required eh?

If you tell me the right thing I do it. Vibration on the tub and discomfort of the monkey has nothing to do with it. But I did learn that when you ride there is a lot of sideways swaying movement on the tub and when hard mounted the inertia transfers directly to the stabiliser joints.  Combined with incorrect joints and stabilisers mounted at incorrect angles, it caused excessive wear. The latter has been fixed. The rubber mounts are there to absorb the swaying on the tub.

I also found the correct rubber mounts suited for the correct pupose.
